Have you harnessed the power of essential oils? I have as part of my focus on wellness and it has been a game-changer! I wanted to share with you some of my favorite Young Living blends in case you have been considering trying them out for yourself.
FAVORITE DIFFUSING COMBO
Stress Away, Lavender, Citrus Fresh, and Lemon
I breathe in Stress Away first thing in the morning and several times throughout the day to calm my mind and stay centered. I always have this combo of oil diffusing to promote peace, fight exhaustion, give a mood boost, reduce inflammation and a laundry list of other benefits. Plus it smells heavenly.
FAVORITE OIL FOR BALANCE
When I ran out of my go-to, Stress Away, I was encouraged to test out Valor. I both breathe it in and sub it for Stress Away in the above diffuser combo. Some of the benefits of Valor include promoting feelings of strength, balancing the body, promoting self-confidence and emotional balance, and aiding in focus and attention. If you or your partner has a tendency to snore it can help with this too 😉
THE KING OF OILS
Known as the king of oils, Frankincense can be applied topically to improve skin condition, promotes immunity when taken internally, and creates feelings of relaxation, satisfaction and wellness when diffused. I use it on my face to diminish acne and brown spots, breathe it in for emotional health, and rub onto my neck and traps to relax my muscles.
FAVORITE FOR SLEEP
Peace and Calming
Dilute a few drops in coconut oil and rub on your feet to ensure a restful sleep. I do this to both Liam and myself every night before bed. I have a huge issue with insomnia and this has helped tremendously. Plus my feet are nice and soft which is an added bonus!
Currently, I am waiting on a big shipment to replenish my favorites and try out some new oils. It’s become an integral part of our routine, and combined with other changes I have recently made is helping me achieve the wellness I have been seeking.
