Last year’s feast was a culinary masterpiece! A Large Focaccia, Winter Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Lasagna, 6 Caramel Apple Roses, and a Dozen Mini Cannoli’s—talk about a gastronomic adventure! The Large Focaccia stole the show, setting the vibe for the night, complemented by Winter Salad freshness and the rich layers of lasagna. The Charcuterie Extravaganza, inspired by Chef Mario’s exquisite taste, added sophistication to our spread with unique combos like seitan salami and almond mozzarella.

 

 

 

Chef Mario’s culinary journey kicked off with the Eight Eat Experience—an intimate affair at his Long Island City apartment. Imagine a seven-course extravaganza with a view of Manhattan and a garden supplying fresh veggies and herbs! Now, he teams up with the incredible Chef Guy Vaknin, a vegan culinary luminary. Chef Guy’s plant-based innovations in Beyond Sushi, Coletta, Willow, and Anixi have become holiday staples!
